What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, your mobile phone number, and your children's first names. We also keep a record of the classes you book and any class packages you purchase.
Text messages (SMS)
We use text messages to send you one-time sign-in codes so you can log in without a password. You only receive a text when you ask for a code by entering your phone number and tapping "Text me a code." We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell or share your phone number with anyone else for their own marketing. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Message frequency depends on how often you sign in. You can stop receiving sign-in texts at any time simply by not requesting a code; to have your number removed from our records, contact us and we will delete your account.
How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and verify it is you when you sign in
- To show class availability and manage bookings and packages
- To contact you about classes you have booked
Who can see your information
You can see only your own account, your children, your bookings, and your packages. Other families cannot see your information. The owner of Viv's Playhouse can see class rosters (children's first names and payment status) in order to run the classes.
How we protect it
Your account is protected by one-time codes sent to your phone — we never store passwords. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your booking history only while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it.
